Let your kids learn about local ecosystems in a fun, loosely structured environment. Each class will be a mix of learning activities, games, and plenty of time for exploration. Kids can step away from the world of screens and adult-driven activities and have time to make connections with each other and the natural world around them. The kids have input into what happens each day and so have some ownership in the class.
Notes Footwear that can get wet and a reusable water bottle are highly recommended. For cooler weather, rubber boots are good and for cold weather, insulated rubber boots are best. Wear old clothes (kids will get wet and dirty) and dress for the weather. Classes will take place outside except in heavy rain and storms. It is a good idea to bring a change of clothes and extra shoes.
