Looking to someday work on staff at Camp Carl as a Wrangler? This training will help equip you with the knowledge and skills beneficial to one day join our summer staff. This camp operates under the direction of our Barn Manager and assists our wranglers in caring for the horses, cleaning and maintaining the barn, and helping to lead campers on trail rides. Additionally, Camp Carl wrangler staff will do an assessment of every WIT for their personal development.

Leadership campers are guided in developing a humble willingness to serve Camp during this week. This type of servant leadership overflows out of love for God and others. Our staff aims to model this love for each leadership camper so they can emulate it to those around them. Our leadership camps, the Crew and Wrangler In Training programs, are valuable to the smooth operation of Camp Carl, and impacts the effectiveness of ministry to campers and summer staff alike.
