This art camp is for beginner artists who are interested in exploring clay and how to create foundational ceramic forms including coil pots and pinch pots. Students will have the opportunity to have their pieces glazed and fired and ready to take home at the end of the week. Additional hand-building activities with air dry clay and sculpey clay will take place later in the week. Students should be ready to get messy and have lots of fun creating personalized pieces that will be functional and decorative.
